CFC-Youth is a Catholic youth ministry where youth can learn and create a relationship with God through discovering their identity in a safe, energetic and fun environment, all the while also creating lifelong relationships with other youth like themselves.
The national conferences are one of the vessels where the youth can learn more about God. Conference is a weekend-long event filled with life-giving sessions, fun workshops, and fellowship with youth from all over the nation.

NO! All those who want to start or strengthen his/her relationship with Christ are welcome to join us!

How much is it to participate?
The registration fee for all participants (including couple coordinators) is $175 until June 8th. After June 8th, registration fee will go up to $210, so make sure to register TODAY!
NOTE: ALL COUPLE COORDINATORS ATTENDING CONFERENCE MUST REGISTER BEFORE JULY 1ST.
What is included in the registration fee?
Aside from an all-access pass to the fun and exciting activities, your registration fee will include housing for 2 nights, 5 meals (Saturday breakfast – Sunday breakfast), and conference packets/materials. Participants are required to stay from the start to end.
NOTE: If you lose your key, a $75 will be charged to the person who losses it.

What accommodations are available for participants with special needs?
When registering, please include any special needs that you may have in the “NOTES” box.
How is the housing for participants and how will it be chosen?
Housing will be pre-assigned according to area and availability.
What should I bring?
Journal, writing utensils, bible, rosary, toiletries, towel, sun block, bug repellant, comfortable shoes, extra money for conference memorabilia, and your Sunday’s best clothing. If you are competing in any of the competitions, bring your team gear. Linens and bed sheets will be provided, but you may bring your own if you wish.
What can I NOT bring?
Any objects that will inflict harm to yourself and others. Please do not bring clothes that are too revealing, provocative, etc.
How will the weather be like during conference?
Norfolk’s July weather is hot and humid. July is the peak of hot summer weather.
At which airport should I arrive?
Norfolk International Airport (Airport code: ORF). Please DO NOT arrive at any other airport; all other airports are far.
Is transportation provided for those traveling via plane?
Transportation will NOT be provided. Please contact your Area Conference Coordinator (ACC) for transportation arrangements.
NOTE: Area Conference Coordinators – you will receive information about arranging transportation to and from conference venue.
Is there a parking lot where I can park my vehicle?
Yes. Please be prepared to pay a fee for parking.
What is the parking fee per day/whole weekend?
$6 per day, so you may pay a total of $18 for the weekend.
What time should I arrive at the conference venue?
Registration opens at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 22, 2011.
What time will the conference end?
Conference will end after our award ceremony which will be held before noon.
What are the competition guidelines?
Rules should be similar to those served at your region’s pre-conference. Conference guidelines to follow after pre-conferences are held.
What is the schedule for conference?
Sports competitions will be held Friday afternoon and all other competitions will be held throughout Saturday.
